I arrived in Bangkok this morning thinking that I felt pretty good after some good sleep on the plane. In reality I was a bit delirious and on senses overload. I decided to get something to eat and then head back to the hotel and sleep. One of the dishes that looked really delicious was Tom Yum Mama soup. A spicy broth with shrimp, squid, pork meatballs, crispy pork belly, herbs, lime, egg and mama is a brand of noodles that is very popular in Thailand. It was super filling and very delicious. Nice and spicy. Paired with a local beer all for about $10. Yum.
